1. PUBLIC WASHROOM --.
Gather the necessary equipment you will need. Knock on the door and announce the service. Put out the "Closed for Cleaning" sign and wear protective equipment. Refill all supplies; paper products, soaps, air freshener, sanitary item. Remove & replace garbage bag and sanitary disposal bags. Dust ceiling vents, lights and fixtures if required and then sweep the floor. Spray the inside and outside of urinals and toilets - don't flush. Spray and wipe sinks and counters. Spot clean partitions, walls and high touch areas. Spray and wipe mirrors, polish any chrome items. Scrub the inside of the urinal or toilet and flush. Wipe the outside of the same fixtures. Spray deodorant if required, inspect and report any repairs (burnt out lights, broken hinges or dispensers). And finally wet mop the floor.
THE DEADLY SINS:
No Supplies, trash & debris on the floor, contaminated seat, dirty chrome, nasty odor, dirty mirrors.
GUEST WASHROOM --.
Gather the necessary equipment, check the room status and announce the service. Wear your protective equipment. Place the cart across the doorway to block off the room. Remove towels and used supplies. Remove trash and tie liners. High dust and sweep the floor. Spray the inside and outside of the toilet; don't flush. Spray shower walls and fixtures. Spray and wipe sink and counter, spray and wipe mirrors and polish chrome. Spot clean around door handle, light switch, towel bars and garbage cans. Scrub shower walls and fixtures then rinse same. Scrub inside of the toilet and wipe the outside, then flush. Replace guest supplies and then wet mop the floor.
THE DEADLY SINS:
No supplies, hair & debris, dirty chrome, nasty odor, dirty mirrors.
SHOWER ROOM --.
Gather the necessary equipment and put out the wet floor sign. Wear protective equipment and wear the proper footwear. Fill foam gun with your cleaning chemical. Attach the gun handle and adjust the metering stem to set the dilution rate. Connect the hose to the cold water supply and turn on. Spray walls from bottom to top. Let dwell for 2 - 3 minutes. Scrub walls and floors and rinse from top to bottom. Squeegee any excess moisture to the floor drains.
THE DEADLY SINS:
Dirty fixtures, hair in the drains, empty soap dispensers, nasty odor, mildew & soap scrum.
PERIODIC CLEANING --.
Heavy Duty Bowl Cleaning; clean once a week or as needed. Gather the necessary equipment and wear the protective equipment. Flush toilet and push the water in the bowl past the trap with the bowl swap. Spray the inside of the bowl with the Cleen Flush. Allow 5 - 10 minutes to dwell. Scrub with the bowl swab and flush. Don't use the swab on the seat. Inspect the air deodorant system to make sure batteries or product is ok.

Bowl stains, contaminated seat, nasty odor.
