Entrance Matting and their Benifits

Did you know that the cost of removing 1 pound of dirt from the floors of your building can cost up to $750.00 and in winter this cost can double if the proper matting is not used? A combination of Scraper/Wiper and Wiper mats will provide the best results removing up to 80% of the outside dirt before it can spread beyond the entrance of the facility. A minimum of 15 feet of combined matting is recommended to remove all debris from the bottom of footwear.
SCRAPER MATS - The first line of defense designed for outside installation (sheltered), their abrasive, resistant surface removes most of the heavy dirt from shoes and boots.
Heavy Duty Dura Nop & Mega Nop gives excellent results and is both economical and efficient.
WIPER/SCRAPER MATS - Designed to wipe and dry shoes and to remove any residual dirt. The irregular design of the matting forces the dirt into the fibres where it is held until the mat is vacuumed. For multi-directional, high traffic areas the Herringbone is recommended. For lower traffic areas, the Twin Rib design is ideal.
WIPER MATS - Designed to remove any dirt and moisture that haven't been removed by the Scraper and Scraper/Wiper mats. The top quality Heather Plush model is recommended for medium to heavy traffic areas and the durable, economical Design Tweed mat can absorb up to a gallon of water per square yard.
